The Wonderful Village of RAFAL

 The Village of Rafal  is situated just 30 minutes inland from Guadamar & other coastal towns. Rafal is growing very rapidly, with a huge New College & wonderful Sports Centre. Like most of Spain many new properties for sale which I feel many will be sold  by the end of 2011.  

In the old village shops you find most of the things needed. The friendly residents mostly Spanish make the Village a place to be for all ages, Many banks, small business and friendly bars are dotted around the village, and a beautiful Plaza to sit and watch the world go by, I can't wait to retire and become a resident since purchasing my apartment 3 years ago.

RAFAL is worth a visit to see what properties are available, many at knock down prices since I complete. There is a bus service in the village & trains which will take you to many parts on the Costa Blanca from the village of Calliosa situated just a few minutes drive or 20 minutes walk from the village. We just love Rafal.  

Few non nationals live in Rafal and know the secret of this lovely Village. 

 What power will a bank have if they own 50% of the units in a complex. A third of the apartment are private with non national owners.

The remainder have Spanish residents who either own or rent their property.  

Please would Maria the Eye On Spain Lawyer  tell us, When voting at a Community Meeting AGM or EGM how many votes would the Bank as one owner have.
