Bank charging for Buildings insurance

Hi,

Our insurance policy is due for renewal. We have noticed that as well as Contents insurance we are being charged for Buildings also?  Is this the normal practice with a Spanish bank?

We are trying to move our insurance policies, does anyone have any recommendations?  I am awating a reply from one other company.  Would also like the policies to be in English also.

We use Intasure. Our insurance policy covers us for buildings, contents & public liability and is very reasonably priced.

Policy documents are issued in both Spanish & English.

Customer service has always been great, so we highly recommend them.
