Just had 10 days in our apartment all the outside lights are working also the intercom to the apartment , the communal areas are cleaned every 2 weeks, there is a light working on the lift button but they are not working yet. The pools are still dirty which now spoils the overall look of phase 2. The golf coarse is looking fantastic with benches on all the tees plus the holes now have all there marker posts. The coarse was being filmed while we were there. The security on the complex is very vigilant not only on the gates but the blocks are patrolled by a guard and a dog, the guards are very nice and very helpful which give you confidence when we are not on site. The towncentre is looking very good with the new supermarket opening on the 1st of Feb plus a restaurant & bar called Coppola. All the building work at the moment is being carried out on the Ilands, there are a lot of almost key ready apartments. The complex was very quiet hoping to go back in March when i hope the lifts plus the pools will be ready.
