Block 276 Terrazas

Can anyone advise what phase block 276 is on in Terrazas.

My 2 bed penthouse to now complete apparently and I am wondering is it still in the same location as the plan I received in 2007 upon purchase?

I can't help directly (ie don't know where block 276 is), but I would very surprised if PW didn't deliver what you signed up for in your contract.

Have just posted a photo of the phases map on the photo section of this forum I think  block 276 is on phase 2  ( you might have to save the photo to your computer then expand the picture as block numbers are not very clear ) we were given this map about 2 years ago from Polaris when we signed for the build if you want me to e-mail it to you let me know. Looking at whats  been built at present the map is correct

Have just returned from visit to Terrazas and yes block 276 is where it originally was planned and yes the whole block looks finished,unfortunately the adjacent five blocks are unfinished and all work seems to have been suspended on these and all work is going on on the Islands which look to be several months from being ready to move into move on.

Town center and restaurant and supermarket look ready although closed when we visited,golf course open again and all perimeter roads are complete ready for building to start again when financial situation improves so long term looking good.

Unfortunately after 4years and finding my apartment still a shell will have to try and get money back and move on.

Your certainly welcome to mine if you wish!! Yes a four year wait myself and without any prior warning its ready and now of course Polaris are pushing me to complete with no negotiation on the date to which I am very unpleased giving I waited long enough!!

No thanks, we are going to try and get money back.But I would push them for reduction in price as they are selling them online for 96000 euros.
