Hi

I am lookin into buying a place in the murcia region and you here so much, but for those of you who have seen it and done it whats the rental i can expect in weeks. Is it a good idea to invest for a holiday home and retirement pad in spain. The rental would be good to meet some of the costs like morgage etc.

2007 - 43 weeks

2008 - 26 weeks ( I spent 8 weeks there myself)

2009 - 16 weeks so far
