I WAS IN ESTEPONA LAST WEEK.LARSOL 1 WILL BE READY ABOUT FEB 08,THEY WILL USE THE TIME SHOWN IN CONTRACTS.WORKS ARE ON DALAY.THEY ARE TRYING COLORS IN FACADES, YELOW,ORANGE AND BEIGES.ACCES ROAD IS NOT YET BUILT.THEY WILL START LARSOL 2 NEXT MONTH.WE COULD NOT SEE GOLF COURSE STARTED.AREA WAS SO GREEN AND BERMEJA MOUNTAIN TOO, THIS WINTER IS VERY RAINY.THANKS

We visited the site last week while staying on the CDS for a weeks holiday.  Viewed the development from the other side of valley from where the new road from Estopona is coming in.  Work seems to be progressing well but again we were warned for a further delay into the second quarter of 08.  Compensation is going to be paid from September 07 but they haven't decided if it comes off the price on completion or paid in lump sum.  Phase 2 is now in construction and selling well but still a number of units still for sale on phase 1, mostly 3 beds and a 2 bed they are finding difficult to shift. Another development has started to the front of blocks 7 & 9 but should not cause problems with views to the golf course.  A further development nearby will be putting  a sports complex in  near the golf course which  we were told would be assessable to  Lar Sol  occupants.  The hotel which is going in has not been started yet and no chain as yet has taken it on so this will mean a temporary golf club until it is opened.  The golf course will be started in the late summer.   We also had the latest brief on the future prospects for the area if you choose to believe it.  Disney apparently is still going to do something in Manilva.  Gibraltar is opening up for cheap flights from UK with Easyjet and Ryanair the main bidders.  A restriction of future developments on the CDS so thererfore a possible shortage of off plan opportunities in the future swinging the sales market towards resales.  See photos I have uploaded.
