Spanish Retreat Security, Reduce crime!

Would like to contact anyone who has bought a plot at Monte Mayor.  We bought a plot last year but have yet to start our build.   We are a little concerned about the pace of the infrastructure and other issues surrounding the development.

We bought a plot in 2005 and are looking to sart building in Feb 2008. Expecting to go out to tender next week (early Dec) so would be interested to know of any builders that people can personally recommend.

i am now looking at a plot of land to buy and build. I now hear the lub house wont be ready until they have sold enough plots to make it viable to hire the number of staff needed to run the facility. Do youthink theres a hange la perla go under? how is the projet coming along? clearly this housing downturn has meant there is a slow uptake of plots as construction costs havent ome down yet.

La perla have done a deal where they have access to considerable funds.
