A message to all of our valued Bubble and Iaksess customers.
We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Iaksess by Plusnet and Scansat. This is part of an ongoing strategic business plan to improve our existing services and product range as well as accelerating the overall combined company growth.
The added benefits of the company integration to our customers will include single company billing and one monthly payment, the introduction of additional services such as UK and Scandinavian TV Channels as well as mobile phones, security systems and fixed line ADSL.
There will be no increase in the price of any of the services we provide, and we are working to reduce prices in the near future. Customers equipment will not need to be changed, however upgrades will be made as and when necessary.
Plusnet are making significant financial investments to improve and expand the existing network.
Due to these changes and the technical issues that have arisen, it has become necessary to make an agreement between the companies whereby all Bubble telephone customers will be transferred to the Plusnet service. Unfortunately, this may cause a small period of loss of telephone service. Obviously customers will not be billed for this time and Bubble will not take any further payments from any customers. If phone service is interrupted it will be restored as soon as possible. And we will be giving compensation depending on the amount of disruption. We apologise in advance to anyone who is affected by this necessary work.
Our aim is to provide reliable, high quality, value for money telephone, broadband, television and mobile services to all of our existing and future customers. Our focus is on customer satisfaction.
