No water in apartment

Hi,

Has anyone had to call Urbaser regarding any water problems ?, if so, please could you let me know a contact number as I cannot get through to anyone who speaks English. Also, does anyone have a contact number for Milenium ?

Hi on my Urbaser bill there is a number of 968 63 09 11 for customer service, and another number for some other department of 609449045.

Mileniun in the Al Qasar are on  968328024

Thanks - Milenium reckon they have switched it on now, but will have to wait & see!!

When I was out last week I had no water at all.

Turns out Urbaser had taken away the meter,which acts as a connector for the water.This was because the outlet to the apt had been mis-labelled as a different apt number,apparently a common occurence..

When Urbaser came out a few weeks back they tampered with our water connection and so the aparrtment was left with no water. Fortunately our keyholder checks the apartment regularly and was able to get it sorted as Urbaser was still on site. She did comment that there will be quite a few people with an unpleasant surprise awaiting them when they come out this summer as pipes had been wrongly reconnected , meters removed and meter boxes locked up. I did post at the time suggesting if people could check on this they should. Apparently some owners turn off the water at the meters but Urbaser have locked all the meter boxes.
