We have just had our bill for 17.30euros. We haven't been out since connection so haven't used any water so I assume this is the quarterly charge. Does this amount seem about right for the charge ?

You should be happy with that bill, our first quarter bill was €120 and we hadn't been out in that period! Still trying to get to the bottom of it three months later to no avail!

 Just paid our quarterly bill 37.27euro and we live here full time!! dont know what you guys are doing with your water?

 Many a true word spoken in jest.  Do you have full time residents above or below you?

  It appears that the Polaris World Nightschool Plumbing Class students, connected the top meter connection pipes to the bottom apartments, and vice versa. Urbaser when connecting the meters, have assumed that top meant upstairs apartments, bottom meant downstairs apartments and labelled them accordingly.

  We are in Jardine 5 and were paying the water bill of the spanish family below us who stay at Condado most weekends.

  I discovered this by accident last year when I was reading the meter.  As I did so our shower was in use and our neighbours were absent.  I could not believe it when I saw the bottom dial turning.  I reported this last year.  I checked the meter last week and it now appears to be labelled correctly.

Millennium have something on their site about this. They recently accompanied Polaris and Urbaser representatives checking all meters.  It seems to have been a common occurrence.
