Pools on Phase 2 & Sky TV

Hi 

We contacted Resortalia to see when the pool by the side of our apartment would be open.

Received a email today saying pools 2-1 & 2-2 have been open to use since the Easter weekend.

We are block 2852H, so that must be the pool by us & the next one down.

We also inquired if on the complex we can have Sky TV the answer they gave.

Sky television: As far as they know it is necessary to contact Polaris Telecom to check what kind of options we all have regarding T V, Telephone & internet connection.

As per the statutes of the community of owners it is currently not allowed to fit a satellite dishes in the complex.

We have already bought a T V box from polaris & receive some English channels, it would be nice to have the sky channels as well.

If anyone else on the complex feels the same way perhapes as a community we can bring this up at our next  AGM.

I know on some of the other Polaris complexes they have Sky TV.

Strictly speaking it is ilegal to received a SKY outside of the UK as it is specifically licenced for the UK market

Many expats do have SKY using their own dishes and cards often purchased and charged to a UK address

With the exception of Sky News the Sky Channels, Sky Sports, Sky 1 etc were remived form the Polaris package sometime ago at the same time they were removed by the rebradcasters like Tele East, Torresat

I have just returned from a week at Terrazas.  On that side of the complex within phase two there are 3 pools.  I think the one closest to your block is finished the next one along is cleaned but not filled yet and the last one has not been touched.  The pool on my block 276 is yet to be cleaned either.

This was my first visit back to Terrazas from I purchased off plan in 2007.  Although alot has still to be done and especially around my block I am happy and looking forward to complete soon.  I stayed on phase one and I must admit it was hard to fault it just a shame the bar isnt open yet.

Were you the appartment that fitted the glass curtains?  If so I was admiring them!

  Yes Jenna our apartment has the glass curtains fitted on the terrace.

 Going out on the 16th of May for 10 days.

 We will see if the pool by the side of our apartment is open to use on phase 2.
