Block 276

Anyone else planning to move in here in near future, Jenna? Aled? Looking good but no pool, need to get community set up before any action on pool surrounds etc will post photos in a few days

Hi

We have owned in Block 293 since September 2010 and we will be down on the 24th May to officially open up and move in. Anyone else in Block 293 or close by would be nice to meet up.

Hi Henry, how are you I bet your a little lonely I imagine you are the first resident to the block?

Did you get my little note etc that I left I hope I got the right apartment??

When I spoke with PW during my trip they said that our pool would be next on their agenda to clean and fill and said they antipated this to be done by the end of may!  There is a president of the community company who works in PW office it may be worth chasing her.

Not sure when we will be out again but soon hopefully.

Hi all planning on coming to block 276  in near future,

no electrics means no lifts and no telecoms, bought tv decoder from PW who were happy to sell it to me , but technician couldnt get it to work as no electricity to building, presumeably same applies to phone.
