These photos were taken on 24Th February, now you can see them in "shared photos, 24 Feb". Sorry I could not upload them before, because I had troubles with the password, and loging in.

I have seen a lot of photos there, I did not know that there were so many photos.

If somebody wants a photo of a certain site (for example the garden of the apartment etc), please let me know and I will try to do it.

Has everybody in this forum asked for the money back to the Developer (now Mariola, Málaga), or is anybody still interested on buying the apartment?  I have not asked for it yet, I am in doubt in buying or not, maybe for renting, although I am not very happy with a company for managing it. I will prefer renting it in local market. This is an expansion area but still quiet, it is not Marbella, but it has several golf courses very close and a lot of restaurants and shopping facilities. Gibraltar airport is only 5 minutes away, with flights to London, Morocco, and now to Madrid, very soon there will be also flights to Barcelona.

greetings for everyone in the forum.

Hi Spanish Buyer

Did you have any problems accessing the site and have you been inside of your apartment.  We are thinking of visiting at the end of the month to see ours.

Regards

The building is still under construction, so we cannot access inside. They have their own insurance for the construction but not for visits, so,  if something happens to us there is a problem for them, that´s why they dont´n let us accessing inside it.

But the perimetral fence is sometimes down and you can get into the complex taking care not to be seen. The apartments are closed so we cannot access inside of them.

The crane has been removed this week and there are some movements in the patios so they are still working hard there.

Smithl, if you come at the end of the month, we can see there, if you want, send an e-mail.  Also if you are still interested in yours, you can contact the developer and ask them to visit the apartment, tell them that you come from far away and blah blah..

Regards

Hi Spanish Buyer,

Thank you for uploading the photos.

I am still buying and have not asked for money back as I think the development looks great.

The whole area will look nice and am looking forwardto coming over to stay.

We have just returned from Spain and had access to our apartment, I have put a few photos on this site.

We are pleased with the finish and have been told by the developer that the site sould be finished at the end of the month. They were just starting to furnish block 5 with beds on the day we visited. We have been told by our lawyer that realistically it will be more likely to be June that the site will be complete.
