On my recent visit to Spain I went around the development site for an inspection to see how the site is now fairing.  18 months after the LoFO was granted.

Sorry to say I was not that impressed!!!!

Although more people may be now living in the early completed phases.  It is still suffering from a lack of maintenance.  The building structure seems to be of a very poor quality.  It looks like no one has moved in to any of the apartments in phase four.

Looking forward to my next visit in early July..

I am happy to inform you that the swimming pool is now open, it is much smaller than the pool down by the street but unfortunatelly they didn't fix the mud slide yet, rumors go aound because saphire would like the insurance to pay for the damage therefore everything is delayed.

Also in Phase 4 have at least 5 flats been sold, and I know for sure that 3 moved already and one friend of mine will move shortly there :-)

I know that all will take longer to progress, moe people there will mean more money for the community.

I live in front of the big swimming pool and I mean directly in front :-) you might have seen the wall I have build by the entry, it will give us a little privacy :-)

Are you going to move here at some point, or are you going to rent your property out?
