Hi,
I'm planning on furnishing my apartment and installing air-con over the next few weeks (whilst in the Middle East). On the last snagging of my property it was noted that the water and electric was not connected, which is fine as I've not been there and the property has been an empty shell. however, I now need to connect. Can anyone give me a contact of who I need to talk to / email in order to get this matter moving? Any help or advice appreciated.

When we signed at completion last July it was Polaris who organised which companies would be supplying water and electricity to our Penthouse.
We gave bank details for d/d to be set up. I think there is different utility companies out there but dont know anything about them.

Hi David,
I completed recently and there is a problem with Electricity on Blocks 268 - 270. Are you on one of these blocks? I can give you an update if you are on one of these blocks. I do have water though.

Hi, I completed in March this year, provided Polaris with bank account details and they arranged contract with electric and water.companies Contact PW customer services.
