Change of Developers Name?

Has anyone heard of Polaris World or Terrazas de la Torre changing name?  My solicitor went to complete for me on Friday and was not successful as there was a problem with the name either of the resort or developer?  Now my completion has been delayed for another 6 weeks....

The only thing I have seen is that sometimes people call it Saurines de la Torre...not too sure if that helps....we are to complete soon too so we may encounter a similar issue. Good Luck

The resort is Terrazas de la Torre, the golf course is Saurines de la Torre. We signed over last year but haven't heard anything sbout a change of name.

The resort is still called Las Terrazas de La Torre. However the golf course was sold to Olagolf and they have decided to rename the GOLF COURSE ONLY to Saurines de la torre. Hope that helps
