Hi All, When we first signed up for CDP, in the year 2006 BC, no sorry AD, it just seems like BC ! :) we were informed there would be no community charges. The only charge would be for the upkeep of the pools. Does anyone know this to be correct or otherwise? Best regards, Ray & Ann

Hi Ray,
We were told the same thing - we have an appointment in September with a new solicito and will be asking them about the community charge, will let you know what they say.

Hi Ray
I have been waiting for another reply to your post other than Frank & Pat's as this is a very important issue. If we do have community fees to pay they will be high due to the lack of houses sold, plus we stand a chance of being ruled over by a dwarf with John Wayne syndrome not that I have anything against dwarfs mind you. I can't wait to hear the outcome from Frank & Pat but surely now at this stage someone must know If we are a community or owned by the local council, Ray you are over there this week call in to see our Solicitor (Ha Ha) he will find out for us.
By the way don't enjoy yourself to much Ray, I am sick of you going over all the time.

Hi,
Excuse my ignorance here but who do we actually pay this CC to, I could check on my bank account but cant access it on line just now.
Again, please exuse my thickness...but has Peinsa actually gone bust or have they still an involvement on CDP, my understanding was that Pulpi are running things.
Anyways up.... can`t wait for our visit in a couple of weeks..
Cheers,
Roger & Stella
