Problems with Spanish Lawyer

Hi, everyone! We got the phone call this week to say the property is finished, so we will be moving in soon.! We're really excited. Decided to join the forum so that we could get to know the "Locals". Our property is 29X (security advice) on R4 and we are on holiday in Costa Blanca in Easter anyway, so thought about popping down to hopefully finish all the paperwork. Anyone else in R4 or nearby ready to move in?

Hi Everyone

Kenny & Angela here.  We are purchasing  no.2xx in Dreamhills 2.  We were supposed to have completed in January-07 but haven't heard a thing from the builders yet.  We will be coming across at the end of March (27-03-07 to 3-04-07) for a weeks holiday and hope to chase things up then.

If anyone has any recent photo's of our area can you please pass them on.  We will be more than happy to take photo's while we are out for anyone looking for an update.

We would like to meet up with anyone during our holiday for socialising, golf etc.

Thanks for the reply. We bought through MASA and we rang them to see what the situation was. It appears that a lot of properties are finishing in and around R4 about now. Like you, our property was supposed to be completed in January, but we were forewarned that it could be Feb/March. Likewise, if anyone wants pictures, we will be there over Easter, just let us know.
