I visited La Hacienda on Sunday 4 March and didn't expect to get on site as it was the weekend.  There was no-one around and not only was I able to get on site, I also got into my own apartment as the patio doors were lying open (as were many) - a bit surprising considering all the white goods where there waiting to be installed !  The development is looking good (see latest photos) and they are making progress, however Eralia has indicated that our apartment would be ready some time in April.  If they intend to hand over the development in a completed state then from my site visit I don't think their timing will be achievable.    The photographs that Eralia sent to everyone are a good reflection of parts of the site but other areas still need a lot of work and that's before the interiors are completed!  Our lawyer has confirmed that the Town Hall has not yet granted an Occupation Licence (in fact no one from the Town Hall has even visited the site yet). We love the apartment and the development and the views are superb - but the delays are worrying and we are keeping our options open, just in case!   For anyone who is interest, I was there on a clear day and have a small video clip of the view which I can try to email.

Hi,

We went to Spain last week (25-30 March) to check on the progress of the development. The developers think it will be finished by the end of April but we feel this is very optimistic! More like 2 months.  However, it's all looking very nice.  All the landscaping is being done - there were tons of bedding flowers waiting to be planted.  Lovely that they are putting in colour, not just trees and shrubs.  I have downloaded 6 of our photos for ref.

We also have bought an apartment at La Hacienda and I agree that it is beginning to look lovely.  However, if any of you out there know of someone who would like to buy our ground floor s/w facing 2 bed, please contact me.  My life has changed somewhat since I first entered into the purchase and this apartment does not bode well for me at the moment.
