Storage Rooms at DV

We recently bought a 3 bed unit in phase 1. The agent did not have the key for the storage room when we were showed round.

Can anyone confirm how big they are? Are we talking phone box size or could we actually store a few bits of furniture in there until we move in?

They may vary a bit, but ours is roughly 2m x 1.5m and is in phase 2. [not measured - just from memory]

We have been trying to get the electricity connected for the light for the last 4/5 years without success, so you might want to check out that aspect early on, and even put somthing in writing about it.

Hi - I also have a 3 bed in phase 1 - store rooms are a good size - you can fit furniture in.
