Community Charge

Hi does any know how often we have to pay the community charge?

Community charges for 2011/12 were / will be taken as follows:

25th October 2011

25th January 2012

25th April 2012

25th July 2012

Financial year ends 30 th September with next years fees determined/announced at AGM in December

As Clieve says, if you are an owner you should contact resortalia for the exact amount -  there are small variations in the charges between blocks because some expenses are specific to the block.
