We have been over for our fourth visit this month since setting up our apartment last May - just over a year ago! In the last two days both the dishwasher and fridge freezer have packed up, and we now find that the people at the Polari World furniture shop, who have our purchases on file so know exactly when we bought them and when they were put into the apartment, have fobbed us off with a phone number that is no longer in use! According to the booklets that came with the goods they have a TWO year warranty, so they should still be covered for repair or better still replacement! However, having tried to phone the number they gave us at the shop (at a time when there should be English speaking people available as we are still learning Spanish!) we have had a message in Spanish, most of which we understand, telling us that this number is no longer in use! So after spending a vast amount of money on kitchen appliances just over a year ago, we have now had to go to Roldan to replace fridge freezer and dishwasher at a great cost to us! Really annoyed, will never trust the shop here again and would suggest to everyone that they also go elsewhere for their kitchen appliances.
