Hi Maria

Can you please let me know more about the bank who settled out of court to '' safeguarding their reputation'' as I too put deposit of 43000 euros down through Plus Advisors legal firm to buy at Fortuna in 2006 and time is running out for me, another lawyer iiswapped to is holding my case for 5 YEARS and doesn't seem to know what to do for me.

Fram from what I hope it would start happening back in 2013 ( Banks settling in Court, at least in clear cases which falls into the categories of Supreme Court doctrine), Banks are still fighting at every instance ( First Instance and Appeal mainly).

Judges are punishing these cases by imposing legal costs on them. Of course interests accrue against them along the time they are not refunding money to clients.

Again, let´s hope this changes soon
