I'm trying my hardest to make to the AGM meeting in December I will know for sure closer to the time, while we are o the subject can everyone who can't make fill in the proxy vote forms from. resotalia, it allows someone to vote on your behalf, the reason terrazas lost its international TV with A2Z was because the Spanish outnumbered us and it was voted off, we just want things a little more equal.

Steve is a great chap and helped me a lot the other day, he is also putting pressure on polaris world.


Just been informed resotalia are picking up all the post box keys on Monday to sort them out, I even offered to sort them out for them but it's Spain and they have to do everything the hard way.

Its a public holiday here today. Most businesses are closed.

I'm back in the uk now,thanks nicw that would explain why i couldn't get hold of anyone.

i've been assured today by the parties involved that it will be done by the end of the week and they will send me pictures to confim its done,

I have tried what i can to  keep the rain out until its repaired with the very limited materials up on the roof.

Richard I think the state of your aircon installation is apalling, the holes in the wall should be larger with metal plates covering as on 276.

It has to be a Polaris issue. I am back in Uk again until beginning Nov but if you need photo of what should be like I will do for you then.

Thanks henry , i've seen the plates that should cover the pipework on your block when i first came over and i went on the roof with clive and eve in block 285 yesterday , beacuse a different building contractor has built this block the finish is substandard. I'm trying to get polaris to install the plates to all the AC points on the roof.

Polaris told me the same too today so we will have to wait and see, i hope my temporary fix holds up untill they sort it.

Could I ask anyone currently staying in the block a very big favour, I need to know if polaris have made any attempt to patch up the holes on the roof .
They are not the easiest to get to, once you have gone through the large gate at the top of the stairs turn left there is a small gate in front of you , which is locked and no one knows where the key is (another lost key!!) so I had to keep jumping over the wall which is about waist high, there is a second wall and the offending holes are on the other side but easily visible by leaning over .

If someone could take a look I would really appreciate it , please don't even attempt to get over the wall if there is any chance of hurting your self it's not worth it.

Thanks dianne that's good to know someone had a key , i didn't realise the foreman had been informed that's good to know, fingers crossed it will be done soon and the weather continues to be kind to us .
