Hi Richard Oscar found out from the guys who fitted our aircon, they said it was like that when they arrived, and the foreman who showed them where our box was said he was sorting it out. But it's there word against Poloris. We are still chasing Oscar and hopefully this will be resolved soon. Dianne x

Hi Richard I had a look over the other day but didn't climb the gate but I didn't see any of the mess from the pictures you uploaded I will get Jim to go over the gate and look and let you know.

Hi Richard,
We are over from 26th for a week, so keep us updated on developments prior to this date, and we'll see what we can do once we are there. We are still waiting to hear from PW about our air con issue and we are now into our 7th week since we advised them of the problem. We shall no doubt be visiting the PW offices about our issue and can therefore see what is going on with the roof aswell.

Hi Dianne, been on the roof this afternoon and they still haven't filled in the holes. No building work has been done on the resort at all today, so don't know if it is some holiday. It is a bank hol on this coming Friday though.
Richard, we are finally having our air con fitted on wednesday, as PW have now fixed our problem by all accounts. We can ask the installers (climazone) if they have heard anything. They have been fantastic sorting out our issue and they seem to be the only ones being kept in the loop by PW, but if we draw a blank, do you want us to do anything? We are here until next monday pm!

Good to hear you have finally getting your air con issue finally sorted, Steve has been keeping me updated over the past few weeks and putting a word in at polaris he's been really helpful. Polaris are again ignoring my emails, I was going to go into partnership with someone to buy a second property as a investment but after this there is no chance I'll be doing that. I'm over on the 29th of November for a few days so if they are not fixed I'll definitely sort them out. Richard

Guys this is probably me I climbed over yesterday and all appeared to be ok all though to be fair only looked at the right side ad you go thro gate at top of stairs. All seemed ok no holes tell me more I will take a look here until Sunday.
