As of 2 days ago they hadn't been, basically nobody is going to repair these Dianne every promise from polaris, Oscar or resotalia has never happened, all of them are ignoring my emails now. I was looking at buying a second property as a joint venture with another resident but after this I won't be going near polaris ever again, reading recent news polaris won't be around in another 12 months so they aren't going to be too bothered by our problem. Arrived this morning, I can say its certainly a bit fresher than a few weeks ago ......not had chance to go and inspect the damage on the roof yet due to the car getting a flat on the way from the airport , the spare was a space saver and with 6 of us in the car plus luggage it didn't fill me with much confidence, anyway got that sorted . Just a note to all the residents of the block I'm sure most of you are aware of the fiasco with the mail box keys, I finally got the correct key today to my mail box . it had letters in but non were for me all for different people so I don't think the post man or whoever delivers them really cares and pushes the at random ,can you all please check that your mail is correctly addressed to you.

I'm waiting for resotalia to give me everyone's email address as I have a few things to send out.
Also I've recently found out there have a few to many water leaks in block 275 so we all need to keep an eye out for any unsuspecting water that looks out of place, make sure resotalia have your contact details, they will need to contact you if they need access In an emergencie like this, a key holder is definitely recommend for peace of mind.
