Camposol Embargos

 Is your Camposol property affected by an Embargo? 

Following a period of consultation Poveda Hayes is now offering to file legal proceedings on behalf of those affected by the embargos. 

Furthermore, we now recommend that those who are not affected by the existing embargos but have not signed their escritura should initiate proceedings as a measure to protect themselves from further embargos. 

The object of the proceedings is to show to the court that you have a pre-existing private right to the property that takes precedence over the embargos.

Anyone reading this Forum needs to understand that  the vast majority of "Propoerty on Camposol Urbanisation" are free from any embargoes which are the result of the builders MASA in financial crisis several years ago. The Embargoes mentioned only apply to a handful of properties where owners did not receive the deeds. The original poster is advertising for any such owners who this applies to to deal with them to have the legal matters progressed on a "group basis."
