The contract the community had with a2z for supply of International Television Channels on Terrazas ended on 31/12/2012 and at the AGM held in December 2012 it was decided not to renew the contract. a2z did not switch of the service immediately at the beginning of the year but as your keyholder has informed you the service has stopped. Spanish TDT is however available without charge through out the resort.
If you want to receive English TV you can take out an individual contract with a2z on a yearly or monthly basis. There may be other options depending on which block your apartment isin. Please contact me privately for more info - I am travelling to terrazas on sunday
