Does anyone out there have any experience with buying a property in the Monte y Mar urbanisation?

Hi

Having problems buying ours. Agent keeps telling us the delay is due to paperwork. Not sure if I belive this. Seem to have hit a brick wall with the whole thing and are also being kept in the dark. We are not able to pop across on a plane to take a look as we are not in the UK. Two flights to get there. Now begining to think they have not even built the place!!!!!
