Having gone to view our penthouse apartment last month we were very concerned about the entrance.  The only entrance we can find for Portal A (and Portal B I think) is through the garage, surely this isn't right?!!  It isn't a very grand entrance to welcome our guests who rent the property.

Our solicitor is looking into this for us.................... it appears several people have already complained about the entrance.  If you have any information please let us know.  Ta.

We have just got back from completing on our apartment in block 7 portal A. We have queried the following:

1. There is no proper portal entrance.

2. There is a small portal door round the back, but there is no path to it or access

3. The garage has no walls, so all the dirt washes off the garden at the side into the garages

4. there is no garage door

5. The security doors into the stairwell from the garage dont shut properly and they gave us the wrong keys.

Just to warn any other owners waiting to complete:

a. the flats are really dirty

b. we have a snagging list with 48 items on it

c. the quality of finish is not great

d. No one had even been in to do a last minute inspection otherwise they would have noticed that the ensuite  was flooded, a pipe had been left undone.

No one seemed interested or even seemed to see it was a problem. Looks a complete bodge job
