Non Resident Tax Returns .. Help needed

Hello ,

Can anyone advise who we could contact locally ( Condado  or Camposol areas ) to help us complete a non residencia TAX RETURN . How do other Uk residents manage . Our Solicitor wanted 125 euros to deal with it but that seems a lot for filling in form . How do other with holiday property manage this process ?  We are only in Spain about 6 weeks a year and rent our property via an agent

When you are renting out your property and receive  rental income you need to do a Non Resident Tax declaration with rental income according to Spanish law.
