Home Safety Pack
if you own a property in Spain you should think about a home safety pack. This consists of things like a first aid kit, a smoke alarm, a carbon monoxide detector and a fire blanket. Most letting agents and property management companies also insist you have these things along with a good quality external keysafe in case of lockouts etc. We have put together a good quality, complete home safety kit. In the kit is a Bridela 2000 fire blanket, a Firesafe Carbon Monoxide Alarm, a Firesafe Smoke Alarm, a Steroplast First Aid kit(suitable for up to 10 people), a small ultramax rubber torch and a Masterlock Outdoor Combination Key Safe. All items in the kit conform to British Standard. The pack is good for all property, not just rentals and can also be used in caravans and motor homes.
