I'm Pauley, 37 from the UK and looking to but a Spanish property (100% cash).
I'm considering buying a 2 bed villa in Camposol, but I'm kinda worried about all the scary stories about subsidence etc etc. I was looking at properties it 'Section C', what can you all tell me about these properties? Is it correct that there is alot of these properties that suffer from subsidence etc? All the properties seem to have large roof terraces, can they with stand the weight of a above ground pool (approx. 10000ltrs)? What would be the cost of someone keeping an eye on the property and tending to the pool over a year? Also, calling all the current 2 bed villa owners - how much does it cost a year to run a 2 bed villa in Camposol? Electric, water, IBI, community etc etc? And last but not least, can someone tell me about what amenities there are in Camposol?
