We have bought in Brisas del Mar 1 and have a furniture pack included, you mentioned that you can change it as Arca is expensive, is it possible to change to a different supplier,do you know if  the devloper  will still pay for the pack to the same value elsewhere?

No problem , just glad to be of some help, its easy when you have the plans, its a shame that the agent didn't have the same plans, even on the agents website they are showing the wrong layouts and floor plans for brisa del mar 2.

From Alan`s message  I now know which block you are buying in and they have started doing the internal walls (photos 13 April 13424 photo 1) Sorry the picture is not too clear, i am going out on the 5 May and will take some better ones for you.

You'll find that Arca will allow you to upgrade on certain items if you pay the difference to them or they'll allow you so much for your package so you can choose everything yourself BUT ONLY FROM THEM. They certainly don't want you to have cash.

When we asked Atlas (when we were on an inspection trip with them & they were giving us a free furniture pack) about this they said they'd allow us around 1500€ instead of the package which, they claimed, was worth 3500€.  We STILL had to use voucher at Arca.

We didn't buy from them & actually told the company we did buy through we wanted 3500€ cashback from them on completion to allow us to go wherever we wanted to buy furniture or we may as well buy from Atlas.  As the agent didn't provide a package & they got thousands if we purchased from them, they were only too happy to agree & we got the property we wanted alongwith a good deal.

we've bought through wwpg who told us the builder would only give us a voucher for 2000euros out of that you then need to buy your white goods as well as the furniture which doesn't go far. We been told that we can upgrade the washer for an extra 200 euros. Arca will give you the builders discount which 3 weeks ago was 10% but we found if you looked round there were cheaper places also if we wanted to change anything we had to change the whole package. hope you have better look than us.
