Yes,the standing charges have gone up. So if you property is empty and there is no electricity usuage,one has to pay this charge levied by Endesa or another supplier.See Link below for information. Hope this helps.Meters are now read every 2 Months and no estimations anymore , unless the Supplier can't get in to read your Meter.
