Information on Mosa trajectum Golf resort please

Hi

I'm sorry if I have barged into a forum that is for people living in Spain, but I'm finding it difficult to find any recent information about the Mosa trajectum Golf resort which we have rented a villa on in August.  The most recent information is early last year and states that it is derelict and run down.  We don't need the golf club, but would prefer not to be going to a place that isn't very nice.  Anyone got any information they can share?

Have you paid for all the holiday in full, or have you only paid the deposit ?

There are few facilites onsite now and the course is closed but security is still there and if this is a villa with your own pool you should be OK but the place is generally untidy

Of course there is still plenty of local places to visit, shop and eat out at
