Cocktails

Having tried various bars at AlKazar  we have found that two bars seem to serve cocktails low on Alcohol content. Infact they appear to be cocktails served straight from a bottle(ready made) and NOT made on spec.

However, BAKAO ? served the best cocktails and I would be returning later this week .Service  is good and they make their cocktails fresh. Dont need to drink  too many as they are exceedingly potent.

The best place on Condado

Pity most places do not understand that not all cocktails are served over ice. Some should be shaken over ice but then poured through the sieve. I have to request no ice when ordering a Pina Colada. Some cocktails are served with ice cubes & some require shaved ice. Some "posh" places now serve over sculptured ice when cubes would normaly be used.

I think that if you are going to sell cocktails you should at least spend time learning the correc way to serve them
