Hi Anthea
As Tish has pointed out that Green Hills alongside other developments in Spain were caught in the net of corruption which has resulted in thousands of people not completing and is nowhere near confined here.
However more and more are completing and mortgages are being issued of 80%.on Green Hills
Hopefully some of these developments will get the Green Light soon and we can start to move forward and I for one would be more than happy to help start a rental agency and feel this can only be a massive benefit to the owners on this development.
Santa Maria Village and a number of other develepments are active in the rental sector but I am afraid that Green Hills has been singled out somewhat for extra stick due to the sad situation of the non build of phase 1 and while this cannot be excused ,as this is relevent to 2002/2003 I feel is time that we owners should be allowed to move on as enough is enough.
I have some great pictures of this development and as they say ,the camera never lies and will hopefully put an end to the negative postings of a very small number should anyone like to view.
What block do you have and perhaps we can join with some of the other owners as to start the communty as well you know this is a great location and will stand the test of time when everything settles
Regards
Jim
