Insurance

Hi All

We're due to complete on our purchase in the next couple of weeks (after a number of delays with the vendor).  The bank have been in touch today to offer a quote for insuring the apartment and contents.  

I just wondered if anyone had any advice on who to use/anything I should watch out for with regards to insurance.

We will be over for New Year and we're looking forward to meeting any people there.  My parents have been to visit UGR this week whilst using their apartment in Torrevieja and chatted to a few people.  Thank you to those people for taking the time to speak to my parents.

Just balance the cost of the policy premium with that of the policy excess of cheaper contracts, redocoration cover following a pipe leak is very handy, well it was for us, legal expenses cover is also a sign of a good contract, also if you get a very high contents quote, this could indicate a high risk area.
