Water & electricity

Hello,

Could anyone give us more info about the connection of water & electricity. What do we need to do. If we sign the contracts with our lawyer it will cost a small fortune. could we do it ourselves?

We would like to have them connected the1st of november (our first vacation in our new apartment) but it must be done before we arrive. So we won't be there when the electricity and water will be connected. Is that possible?

What are the regular prices?
