Hello has any buyer recived money from any bank for NOT giving bank guarantees and letting HUMA steal the deposits.
As my solicitors say some buyers have recived ALL deposits back plus 10 years interest, who are they ???? do they exist???? is it just solicitors trying to build up hope and make even more money????????????

Yes. We have clients without a bank guarantee that we have been able to recover money for. Also, a new Supreme Court judgement last September has made it easier for those without bank guarantees to get their money back.
Regarding the meeting, it went very well. We had a good turnout and we think we can help most of the people to get their money back.......it's just a matter of getting a simple Power of Attorney and we do the rest.

That supprises me, Alonso Co were my origional solicitors when they handled the 35.000 deposit given to Huma'
Alonso Co assured me that Huma were a good company and within months I would get my bank gaurantees, when after a year they had not, Alonso Co said there will be no problems ACC will be finished.
Alonso Co two years later assured me there was no problems !!!!!!!!! even after the site had been closed down.
Pilar misshandled my case at Alonso Co.

We have our money back less costs and we didn't have a bank guarantee. We received the money even though the bank lodged an appeal. The appeal is to be heard next month, if the bank win we have to give the money back, if they lose we keep the money and also get our costs back plus interest

Gazza, best of luck with the case, if it were me and I lost the case, there's no way I'd be giving the money back!!! So hopefully you will recieve a full refund plus costs, good result....................if the bank pays! Keep us informed.
As I've mentioned before, I am totally disallusioned with buying in Spain and its never gonna happen, holidays maybe, but buy, never!
I have no sympathy for the Spanish property market, they've a;lienated too many people with this type of con and the Spanish legal system has done nothing to help innocent victims. The Spanish legal system sucks!

hi gazza what solicitor did you use and did you have to pay upfront, or was it a no win no fee deal, i have been offered both, but i dont trust anyone in spain.the same lawyers who said Huma were safe are the same "experts" who now offer to get your money back!!......if the court rule against you, offer a refund in 10 years!!!! ( they wont even turn up at court).

We used White Baos who have been very good. It was a no win/no fee but we had to pay a few admin fees up front for other parties, court costs, POA etc but didn't come to more than 500 Euros.

I know you probably prefer to keep your anonymity, as it makes it easier to make (false, libellous) accusations.
I can only speak of the facts as they currently stand. We have been successfully recovering money from banks for many years and have hundreds of satisfied clients. As with any B2C operation, we can't please all of our clients, but the vast majority are happy with our service and would recommend us.

Hi Paul, I was one of the fortunate ones who did have a bank guarentee and did successfully get my first two down payments returned but only after changing solitors, however, I recieved no interest, the original deposit of 3005 Euro's and of course my legal fees so I reckon I am owed around 12000 Euro's in total so how do I stand getting that returned? I am confident that in a UK court I would have no problem getting that returned, how about a Spanish court??
