Electricity & Water connection costs.

Hello,

Could anyone give me a rough idea of connection costs for electricity & water. I am in the process of purchasing on phase 1 - block 57.

I beleive it will be Iberdrola for electric - No idea who for water.

Think it is 5.5kw for the property, though not certain.

Any help much appreciated.

We paid about 150€ for each last summer. Water is from Hidrogea. Hopefully you know that both  companies offer online bills in English. You just need to register once you have had your initial bill as it has key info for the application.

Hidrogea is the water supplier 

You can register with both for online accounts so you have 24 hour access and don't have to worry about paper bills sitting in your post box for months. 

Also if you are using your apartment as a holiday home and it's empty you can change your electricity tarrif through iberdrola online,  most of your bill from iberdrola when broken down are service charges,  the "holiday home"  tarrif reduces this.
