Receiving deposit - how long

we have won our case and been awarded the deposit plus interest but the bank have appealed. We are told however that we will get the money now despite the appeal. Does anyone know how long it takes to get the money in these circumstances?

Two or three months from the time the Bank appealed this is called an enforcement order on the court decision and must be adhered to.

Hi Charlie,

thanks for the reply, we are nearly at two months now. Apparently the banks are even trying to dodge this part of the law now, there are a few like us waiting without a lot of movement. Solicitor is on to it!!

We won our case in the Alicante Court on the 5th November 2014, and received our deposit back into our bank account on the 27th April 2015 !
