If a keyholder meets and greets they must be registered with Murcia tourist board, the same applies for the apartment. This is to ensure a certain standard of accommodation. We are negotiating with Murcia Tourist board at present to represent them in Condado as a free service for owners and visitors alike. To be registered with Murcia Tourist board you need an office, you are not allowed to run a business from the apartments.....you cannot get public liability insurance without an office.....hence the reason we are opening an office on 3 May in Al Kasar....much easier...and for us as a family it helps to separate family time and work time.
We will have information on what is on in the surrounding areas, we will have details of local tradesmen. When we use local tradesmen the money recirculates within businesses in Condado which is good for all. We will have information on translators, nearest hospitals, things to do on wet days.
Of course, we will be selling our own keyholding service, the theme parks within a 2 hour radius and of course NGK (IRM) green fees.
Regards
Byron
