Security

I am very concerned to learn that one of the best security guards that we have on Las Terazzas has been dismissed by the security company ( George) I had been reliably informed that the reason was mearly that he has been replaced by another person who has connection to the management of the security company ! I have contacted Resortalia with my concerns only to be informed that it's nothing to do with Resortalia But surely it's the duty of Resortalia and the owners of the security company to give us the best possible service and to employ the most capable staff ? Ultimately it is the owners that pay for all services and  Resortalia should be able to over see that the services are as good as they possibly can be I am very disappointed and wanted to share my views with other owners

I agree. The security staff should be the one constant at Las Terrazas. For those of us who aren't residents, they look after our interests on a daily basis when we are not there. I recognise many of them each time I visit although I do not know their names. I do hope George isn't the friendly guy who was always at the gatehouse?

It is disappointing to read that good staff have been dismissed after assurances that changes to the managing agent would not result in staff changes.
