Community Charges and Utility bills

Hi just in the process of buying apartment in block 56,Can anyone give me the low down on the cost of community charges,utility bills,and the yearly rates on the apartment.

Sent you a PM. If you let me know what apartment you are in I will let you know exactly what your community charges are.

Electricity: €25 per month + electricity usage charges - we pay €5 - €10 per month when we are there depending on aircon usage
Water: €25 per month + water usage charges- we pay around €5 per month when we are in the apartment
IBI: I've not paid it yet but my lawyer suggests it will be around €250 per annum

Hi Paul we pay about 300/400 euro a year council tax , think the community fees are about 1300 and the bills are about the same as Duncan's , which apartment are you buying as our is 5603 regards Graham
