This was discussed at the AGM, Mileniun stated that the owners who sent them their proxies did so as they trusted them to vote on their behalf, the proxies were used to vote yes to the accounts and budgets. Some of the owners asked them to show the proxies which they refused to do. By law the minutes should include details on each vote showing who each owner voted, so when the minutes are published people can validate this info. This has never been done in the past but ML stated in each AGM, when asked, that they would this year. We will see.
