hi we are seriously thinking about buying one of the Neptuno style villas on camposol and Would like some advice firstly are there any sectors that should be avoided ? Do all property's have habitation rights ? We have looked at some from the masa administrators and also some private sales all say with deeds but does that mean with habitation ?
Is a certain sector nearer to amenities than others ?
