Collection of Small Waste Items

The weekly report from Resortalia states that small waste items will be collected on a Monday between 1100 and 1130 at the resort entrance. We duly loaded our car this morning and got to the entrance at 1050 only to be told that the lorry had already been and gone.  We were also told that the driver sometimes comes in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon and sometimes not at all.  This is not a service at all. We were not pleased to put it mildly.

Luckily we were helped by Ramon from R&M services and Gregorio from phase 2.

Tell me about it. I was  trying off and on for about 12 months during the course of about 6 visits to Roda to catch the van until I did. The problem is that if you ask 3-4 different members of staff where to put stuff you get 3-4 different answers. But the service is more reliable in the spring/summer .  When there I just  check the end of the weekly Entity email weekly report  and duly turn up where directed  and then ( usually)  try again the next time I visit ( and so on).

I have e mailed Resortalia and they have replied that they will put my complaint to San Javier council who are responsible for the collection.  Let' see if that makes any difference !!
