Doeas anyone know if I need permission from the rest of the owners at Sierra golf  to build a pool in my own garden?

Not from your neighbours but you do need a licence from the Town Hall, submit plans and of course pay the fees

you then need to display the licence on the outside of the property, before you start work

Yaeh I know about the licance. I was just wondering if there is anything else I will need.

I would of thought  community consent would be needed ¿ then have the said pool registerd with Land Registery and added to your Escaturia 

There is no community formally on Sierra Golf and a large nmber of people have already built their own pools, with licences from the Towm Hall and set the precedent
